chriskrt Should have been rated a lot higher. Really experimental, with a lot of interesting touches. Kind of the point I made before; it's inaccessible and non-commercial jn the way that bands like Koreisch and Liturgy are. That's why I like it, though. Albums like Aesthetica and Koreisch's debut are uncomfortable listens but also utterly fascinating. TCF is pushing the boundaries of sound and producing something pleasingly eclectic. Favorite track: The Art Of Burning A Memory.

"I embraced you at the end when the cold wind's breath took us both."
2.
"The empyrean bled hues reflecting of an ashen winter as I began to witness the Earth live again; blood trickled down my palms as the past fell to dust. Fragments of past romance and passion engulfed my chest. Agony birthed of the blackest hearts decimate the concept of you. The heavens have turned to jagged shards on the Earth's surface. I recreate the scene, I'm falling to my knees in the fields once again. Placing blackened roses on an empty grave site; longing for the embrace of your ghost. I held you in the meadow. Radiant flowers passed us as the wind blows. Fragments of past romance and passion engulfed my chest. Agony birthed of the blackest hearts decimate the concept of you. The heavens have turned to jagged shards on the Earth's surface. I recreate the scene, I'm falling to my knees in the fields once again. Awakened with nothing, leaving with something. I will take you out of this dream. I will take you, take you with me. We can be what we should be. I will take you, take you with me."

"The curtain drew close in visions and sounds of a contemporary tragedy. The theatre burned as smoke choked the actors' throats as they both drowned. Lovers in each other's arms sharing the last moments of each other's lives. Watching an open casket sink through the floor in a room of black and white faces. The curtain drew close in visions and sounds of a contemporary tragedy. The theatre burned as smoke choked the actors' throats as they both drowned. Lovers in each other's arms sharing the last moments of each other's lives. You were the love of my life. You were the love of my life."

Clar(it)y 03:45
"I discovered sight in the absence of light. I discovered... clarity held her arms open wide. Blackened thoughts serve as the harbingers of fatalism. Drowning from the poison of another empty bottle. A young life disintegrates alone in the dark, those surrounded encumbered by the weight of another son's perishing. But I discovered sight in the absence of light. I discovered...clarity held her arms open wide."
5.
"Moribund- all steps lead back to whence we came. Moribund- each step repeats it's precursor. I braved the frigid air leaving home once again. Trying to find you in the snow of another time. This parchment shall hold my final thoughts in this abyss. I left home only to find a beginning at the conclusion. The end was just the beginning. All things will begin again. I found you in the dark, reaching for the stars, battling age-old scars, praying for the morning. Praying for the sun. I braved the frigid air leaving home once again. Trying to find you in the snow of another time. This parchment shall hold my final thoughts in this abyss. I left home only to find a beginning at the conclusion."
6.
"We'll say good bye to the black hair as the curtain closes on the amber iris. The apparition of a concept; a dream inches from grasp. Look deep into the oceans of their eyes as the storm starts. These colors fade to a black and white landscape. You will be drowned, taken by the tides, by the ocean. This wasn't fate. This was not our fate. I watched as the ocean took you."
7.
"Tonight conjures a dissonance among memory, both the living and the dead. They were like home. You were my home. They were like home. You were my home. Your voice beckons but my empty chest remembers what it was like to feel. This is the art of burning a memory. The number of candles on the Earth are far greater than stars in the sky. Each laments a thought laid to rest. This is the art of burning a memory. Release the past and sing this threnody. This is the art of burning a memory. Release the past and sing this threnody."
8.
"As the crows voices bleed through my shell, they echo of a second betrayal. So I look North and pray for your death; an all consuming fire. A past future's descent into a place devoid of life becomes imminent. I found salvation in your eyes, now damnation in your lies. The rain won't stop falling and the midnight air calling your name. Breathe me in like oxygen; one more time- a page torn from the bind. These words will be remembered forevermore. My eyes were forced to bear witness to that which they had been blind to. I found salvation in your eyes, now damnation in your lies. The rain won't stop falling and the midnight air calling your name. A pale woman's transfiguration to dust is visible as blood suffocates the face of our dying Earth."
9.
Disappear 02:38
"I wanted to disappear, far away, far from here to a place; we'll end our days so far away. But there was nothing, nothing in your eyes. Approaching the edge, I heard your voice fade at the end of our last day. I wanted to disappear, far away, far from here to a place; we'll end our days so far away. Farewell."
